INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

  • Candidates are required to apply online only through the official website https://christcollegepune.org. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
  • Candidates should thoroughly go through the programme eligibility criteria, etc., before applying.
  • All applicants are required to create a one-time registration ID to apply for the programme of their choice. They can create the Login ID by using the following link https://christcollegepune.linways.com/v4/adm-applicant/login

Step-1 Procedure to Register as a New Applicant

  1. One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for only one programme using the Registration ID.
  2. Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 mark sheet. A valid email ID, mobile number, and WhatsApp number for further communication. Your username and password will be sent to you on your registered email ID. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.

 Step-2 Procedure to Login

  1. Login with your credentials: Use your registered email ID and password to log in. Enter them correctly in the respective fields.
  2. Forgot password: If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset it.

Step-3 Steps you need to follow to fill out your personal information in the application form:

  1. Select the programme: Choose the programme to which you want to apply. All candidates must meet the programme-specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the programme is available on our website)
  2. Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms, formal dress with plain background, not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in the rejection of the application.
  3. Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
  4. Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
  5. Educational details: Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result. 

          Applications with no mark cards or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible

      6. Review your application: Review the details you have entered. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate 
           before submitting.

      7. Select the date for the selection process: Choose the appropriate date for the selection process based on the programme you are applying for. No
           requests for date changes will be entertained.

      8. The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.

      9. Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.

Step-4 Application Fee Payment:

  1. Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
  2. Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that once the application number is generated, the application registration fee cannot be refunded.
  3. Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
  4. Application Number: Application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
  5. Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
  6. Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

       Applicants must note:

   1. Selection Process:

  • Counselling Session
  • Panel Interview [Subject Knowledge, General Awareness, Communication, Skills, Aptitude, etc.]
  • Interview with the Principal [The candidate must be accompanied by their Parents/ Guardian]

   2. Documents to be brought for Verification:

  • Print out of the online admission  form
  • 10th mark sheet (Compulsory Photocopy)
  • 11th marksheet/ 12th marksheet (If available Photocopy)
  • Aadhaar Card (Compulsory Photocopy)
  • Passport-sized 2 photographs with plain background (Compulsory)
  • Caste Certificate (If available)
  • Transfer Certificate (If available)
  • Migration Certificate (If available)

       You should make sure to have all the original documents and a full set of black-and-white photocopies (Xerox).

   3. Admission Process:

  • Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to College/SPPU rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their programme.
  • Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees within 7 working days after the selection process using the link provided.
  • International Students: For Foreign National/NRI/PIO students, as per the SPPU guidelines it is mandatory to apply with the university website http://www.unipune.ac.in/   and click on the International centre and follow the process.

   4. Document Submission:

  • All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification.
  • All pending original documents must be submitted on or before July 31st or as announced by the Office of Admissions for the academic year 2025-2026.
  • Failure to submit pending documents will result in termination of admission.

   5. Commencement of Academic Year:

  • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated through email/WhatsApp no.

   6. Caution:

  • The college does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
  • Beware of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.

   7. Bank Loan Assistance:

  • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.

   8. Laptop:

  • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

   9. Final Decision:

  • Student allotment in the programme of their choice shall be at the sole discretion of the Management.  The decision of the Admission Committee is final
