Head Student Coordinators

It is a key leadership role overseeing cultural activities, acting as a liaison between the association and students.

Student Development Office Representative

Representation of SCA in the Student Council hence acting as a bridge between these bodies.

Stage Committee

 Volunteers part of Stage committee will organize Stage events like Dance, Music, Theatre (Backstage, Registration, Slot Picking, and Judges Files)

Art Committee

Volunteers part of Art Committee will organize Art events like Painting, Sketching, Cartooning, Painting, etc. (Registration, Coding, Venue, Materials like Pots, Papers, Judges Files etc.

Literary Committee

Volunteers part of Lit Committee will organize Literary Events like Quiz, Debate, Dumb Charades etc. (Registration, Slots, Venue, Judges Files etc).

Hospitality Committee

Volunteers part of Hospitality help in taking care of the Judges/Guests, Outstation Participants, First Aid, Volunteers Refreshments etc.

Auditorium Committee

Volunteers part of this committee maintain the discipline in the Auditorium, Seating Arrangements in the Auditorium/Event Place and help other committees in organizing events

Record Committee

Volunteers part of this committee take care of record keeping, Report Writing, Attendance of the Volunteers for every event.

Creative Committee

Volunteers part of this team are very artistic and creative to   decorate and make events colorful with lot of props, decorations, handmade posters etc

EMCEE Committee

The Master of Ceremonies represents the event, keeps the show on schedule, and engages the audience.

Purchase Committee

Volunteers part of this committee manages budgets, obtains quotations, and deals with vendors for event supplies.

Media Committee

Volunteers part of this committee take care of Photography and Videography, Designing Posters, Brochures, Publicity, Reception Desk for every event.
